Technology Operations Manager

Oversee efficient Technology operations, ensuring our tech supports the airport's strategy and smooth running

Partner with vendors, stakeholders and internal teams to deliver robust, secure and sustainable technology solutions

Champion continuous improvement and operational excellence in technology

Ideal Candidate

An experienced Operations manager who can balance hands-on technical knowledge with the ability to lead, motivate and get the best out of your team.

Skilled at building capability, fostering accountability, and creating a culture of efficiency and collaboration.

Adept at stakeholder engagement, aligning and balancing solutions and delivery to priority needs for both the business and end users

Confident managing technical delivery, vendor performance and service standards.

A clear communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders and keep the business future-ready
