Store Manager - Macpac Hamilton Cbd

Macpac Hamilton is seeking a mature and motivated Store Manager to lead our small, close-knit team in the Hamilton CBD Mall.

As a hands-on people leader, you'll bring strong apparel retail experience, a passion for customer service, and the ability to manage POS operations and stock control with precision.

You'll thrive in a smaller store environment, working independently and driving team engagement and performance.

This role suits someone who gets things done, leads by example, and fosters a positive team culture.

Preferred roster is Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday to Thursday—we're open to flexibility for the right candidate.

Full-time permanent on-going role, based at Hamilton

7-day rotating roster, shared with the Assistant Store Manager.

To be successful in the role

This role is set in a high-energy environment.

To thrive here, you should ideally have :

Retail management experience.

A track record of leading by example and delivering top-tier customer service.

A natural ability to motivate and inspire your team.

Confidence in managing a diverse range of personalities.

Strong skills in training, driving floor sales, and achieving results.

Experience in visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety, store security, and basic financial reporting.

Having experience with outdoor clothing and equipment is preferred but not essential.

A passion for the outdoors or travel is preferable.
