We are Looking for Experienced Store Manager
to Manage our busy store.
Duties & Responsibilities :
Operating POS system, updating when needed
Supervising staff, delegating jobs
Stock ordering, and assisting with product development
Help with staff recruitment, and supervise / manage on the job training
Work on your own and as part of a team determining product mix, stock levels
and service standards formulating and implementing
purchasing and marketing policies, and setting prices Promoting and advertising
the establishment's goods and services
Selling goods and services to customers and advising them on product use
Maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions undertaking budgeting for the establishment controlling selection, training and supervision of staff ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
Experience and Attributes
A minimum of 1-2 years experience of working in a store or Qualifications level 4 or above.
Great communication and customer service skills,
including being able to interact with visitors from around the world
A positive, punctual and professional approach
Common sense with a fast paced nature Excellent attention to detail
A positive ‘can do’ attitude with an enthusiastic personality Work well under pressure
The ability to be able to delegate tasks, and
manage staff on a daily basis in order to get the
best performance from the team Self-belief, strength, humility, and ambition
Job Type : Permanent & ongoing
Pay Rate : $30.00-$35.00 per hourHours : 30-40 per week
Weekend and Late night availabilty : Must be able to work on weekend and late nights , if required
