MBIE's Customer Service Centre (MCSC) manages customer service across New Zealand through a wide variety of platforms and systems.
These are predominantly via inbound calls but can also include processing of tenancy bond transactions, delivering high-quality customer service to internal and external stakeholders and working across the Customer Service Delivery Branch.
We're looking for adaptable and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Client Services Advisors (CSAs).
In this role, you'll assist clients across a broad spectrum of services, including Tenancy Bond Services, Companies, Consumer & Commerce, Employment Services, EWRB and Immigration NZ.
Tenancy Bond Services are currently undergoing a significant transformation in how customer service is received and delivered.
As a CSA, you'll play a key role in supporting these transformation goals, contributing to the MCSC end-to-end customer processing initiative.
Depending on business requirements, you may work across one or more of these areas, so adaptability and a commitment to delivering excellent service are essential.
As a CSA in the MBIE Customer Service Centre, you will gain invaluable insights into MBIE, build relationships within the organisation, have the opportunity for growth and development while being well supported by an experienced leadership team.
To be successful in this role, you will need commitment and resilience, a passion for learning, a systematic and pro-active approach to work and proven experience in a customer service environment.

Hours :
To enable us to provide quality service to Aotearoa and internationally, MBIE's Customer Service Centre is open 24 / 7.
The CSA roles are permanent with full-time hours of 37.5 per week, Monday to Saturday.
You will be scheduled for an 8-hour shift that includes an unpaid 30 min break between 6 : 00 am and 10 : 00 pm.
Due to current business needs, we are seeking candidates who can be adaptable with their working hours.
This flexibility allows us to better meet customer demand and support operational requirements.
Fully paid training will be provided during these working hours.
