Talent Development Specialist, Learning and Engagement Coordinator | UP6000

Empower Student Talent : Support the end-to-end process for student internships, from onboarding to IT setup.

Champion Academic Collaboration : Manage visiting requests and ensure a seamless experience for all guests.

Keep Us Organised : Maintain central records for internal appointments, committees, and keep org charts and call trees current.

Support Scholars : Assist with scholar nominations, annual returns, and keep master lists up-to-date.

Celebrate Excellence : Coordinate award nominations and support communications for recognition programmes.

Drive Learning : Process training requests, coordinate approvals, and help organise impactful training sessions.

Enable Data-Driven Decisions : Prepare stipend projections, update technical profiles, and support digitalisation initiatives.

Be a Trusted Partner : Provide calendar and event planning support to the Senior Director and collaborate across teams.

Mon - Thurs 8.30am - 6pm

Fri 8.30am - 5.30pm

What You’ll Do

  • Empower Student Talent : Support the end-to-end process for student internships, from onboarding to IT setup.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field (preferred)
  • Experience in talent development or programme administration
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Power BI, Power Automate, Teams, SharePoint)
  • Meticulous attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communicator, able to work independently and as part of a team
