What You Bring
Bachelor's degree in HR or related field (preferred)
Experience in talent development or programme administration
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Power BI, Power Automate, Teams, SharePoint)
Meticulous attention to detail and data accuracy
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent communicator, able to work independently and as part of a team
