About the Auckland System Management (ASM) Alliance

The ASM is an alliance between HEB Construction, Fulton Hogan and Waka Kotahi NZ Transport Agency to operate and maintain Auckland's motorway network. The Alliance is expected to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders as well as suppliers to deliver exceptional outcomes for customers using the Auckland transport system. Estimated project dates are from July 2019 to June 2028.

The Opportunity

Are you ready to make a meaningful impact on Auckland's infrastructure? We have a fantastic opportunity for a Program Coordinator to support the successful delivery of maintenance works on Auckland's motorway network.

As Program Coordinator, you will coordinate the schedule of short to mid-term work programs, striving to minimise shift loss and maximise efficiency of work by ensuring high quality data, regular engagement with teams and optimising work schedules.

You will join a close-knit and supportive team, who are passionate about the work they do. Working within an alliance environment, there is a strong focus on collaboration and development.

About You

Our ideal candidate will have the following qualifications, experience and skills :

• Proven experience in planning and work scheduling.
• Excellent communication skills with high level of English written and spoken language.
• Competent with intermediate computing skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Confident in approaching challenging conversations.
• Proven time management ability.
• Knowledge in civil and roading maintenance industry is advantageous.
• Experience in data processing management is advantageous.
• STEM background or similar qualification advantageous.
