We're looking for a proactive and organised Project Administration Coordinator to join our Shared Support Services team and support the Hauraki Gulf Island Waste Projects for the next 4 months.
You'll provide high-quality coordination and administrative support - building strong relationships with our internal customers, understanding their needs, and helping them achieve their goals.
Responsibilities
Coordinating data input and submissions for weighbridge activity
Creating and maintaining accurate spreadsheets and documents
Coordinating purchasing and financial processes
Support end to end Contract Management
Scheduling and facilitating key meetings and workshops
Qualifications & Requirements
Exceptional communication skills - both verbal and written
An eye for detail and a passion for organisation
Confidence with data and digital tools
Experience in project delivery or business coordination
Experience with central or local government
You'll get to work with a supportive team and make a positive contribution to Tamaki Makaurau.
Working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday, you'll have some flexibility with how those hours are set.
You will be based predominantly in our CBD office Te Wharau o Tamaki | Auckland House with some requirements to attend site visits to Waiheke Island, Great Barrier Island, and other refuse stations in Auckland.
Internal : Band E
External : Salary range : $65,493 - $71,000 depending on experience
