Inventory Executive - Lab Products (Buona Vista / Office Hours)

Location : Buona Vista | Working Hours : Mon to Fri, 8 : 30am to 5 : 30pm | Salary : Basic $2,400 per month

Summary : We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage laboratory supplies and support asset management at our customer sites.

The role involves inventory control, delivery of lab consumables, and coordination of equipment maintenance and calibration to ensure smooth laboratory operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage delivery and receipt of laboratory consumables, chemicals, and reagents.

Monitor stock levels, perform inventory checks, and ensure items are within expiry dates.

Update stock levels in ERP systems and provide feedback on replenishment needs.

Ensure timely delivery of supplies to customers' work areas.

Coordinate with external vendors for calibration, preventive maintenance, repairs, and other services.

Ensure accurate documentation and tracking of all services using Asset Management systems.

Qualifications

Nitec / Diploma in Science / Logistics / any relevant field
