Roof Applicator

As a Roof Applicator with our company, you will be working a minimum of 30 hours per week,and you will be responsible for : Job Description :

Reviewing blueprints, specifications, and job sites to determine the necessary materials.

Setting up ladders and scaffolding for safe access.

Installing waterproof sheets over eaves for protection.

Securing roofing underlay to the roof using nails and staples.

Aligning the first row of roofing materials with the roof edges and fastening them with wire, staplesor nails.

Overlapping tiles systematically to ensure proper coverage.

Cutting roofing materials precisely to fit around vents, chimneys, corners, and ridges.

Using cement mortar to secure edge and ridge tiles in place.

Placing roofing materials beneath pre-fabricated flashing and securing them with nails.

Caulking and sealing exposed nail heads to prevent water leaks.

About you :

At least 2 years of relevant work experience in the same field OR

NZQF Level 4 qualification or above

Physically fit with a clear criminal record
