CARPENTER

NZ APEX BUILDING LTD is a company located in Auckland, and currently looking for 3 Carpenters. This is a full time permanent position, requires to work for a minimum of 30 hours per week. Welcome to join our supportive team if you are capable of these tasks :

• Selecting all needed equipment, materials, and tools for each construction project, loading and carrying them to building sites;
• Placing caution-purpose items such as barricades and fence lines around the construction sites before construction gets started;
• Erecting and demolishing temporary structures which assist in the establishment of buildings, such as scaffolding, bosun's chairs, and rigging;
• Conducting proper mixture to materials like concrete, mortar, cement, and so on, then spreading the mixture nicely, and ensuring the flatness of it;
• Manipulating Heavy vehicles in construction areas safely;
• Clean up all rubbish left on building sites while the construction is finished;
• Setting up functional accessories which can improve the life quality of buildings like awnings;
• Any other tasks from team leaders or managers.
