We are currently seeking reliable and full-time Carpenters to join our team (at least 30 hours per week). In this role, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of related tasks, including :
Construction and Installation : Lead the construction and installation of wooden structures like walls, floors, ceilings, and frameworks, following blueprints, specifications, and building codes.
Carpentry Techniques : Apply a range of carpentry techniques and tools, from saws and drills to chisels and planes, to precisely measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood and other materials.
Safety Compliance : Ensure a safe working environment by strictly following safety regulations and procedures, including wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) and operating tools and equipment safely.
Quality Control : Maintain high standards of workmanship by paying close attention to detail and following established quality standards and best practices.
Team Collaboration : Collaborate effectively with architects, engineers, and other team members to coordinate tasks, resolve issues, and achieve project goals.
Problem Solving : Identify and solve construction challenges and technical issues as they arise, using creative solutions and troubleshooting skills.
Adaptability : Be flexible and adaptable in responding to changes in project requirements, timelines, and priorities while maintaining productivity and professionalism.
Customer Service : Interact professionally with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders, providing excellent customer service and representing the company positively.
