The applicant should have both a commitment and an ability to teach science in Y7-11.
The ability to teach Y12-13 science, though not essential, may be considered an advantage.ResponsibilitiesTeach science to students in Years 7–11, with the ability to teach Years 12–13 considered advantageous.Position DetailsFull-time, permanent position commencing in term 1, 2026.Additional leadership opportunities for 2026, including a Year Level Dean role, may be available for suitably qualified applicants.QualificationsCertificated teacher with current teacher registration.Commitment and ability to teach science to Years 7–11; ability to teach Years 12–13 is advantageous.Salary, Terms, and BenefitsThe terms and conditions, including base salary, for this position are set by the relevant collective agreement.The base salary in 2026 for trained and registered teachers will range from $61,329 to $103,086, depending on the applicant's qualifications and experience.
