Gladstone School is seeking a passionate and motivated teacher to join our senior hub, Ōnoke (working Monday to Thursday). You will be working with our Y7 and 8 tamariki, supporting their growth as confident, engaged, and successful learners. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference by fostering student agency, wellbeing, and achievement in a collaborative and supportive environment.

About the role

As a teacher in Ōnoke, you will :

• Inspire and engage senior students in meaningful learning experiences.
• Support the diverse needs of learners, ensuring all tamariki can succeed.
• Build strong relationships with students, whānau, and colleagues.
• Contribute to curriculum design, student leadership opportunities, and positive behaviour strategies.
• Work collaboratively with the Ōnoke team and wider staff to achieve our school vision.
