Datacom's ERP platform includes various technologies such as NetSuite, Oracle OpenAir, HCM, Boomi Middleware, Microsoft, and Cloud technologies.About The Role : As a Senior Netsuite Engineer you will provide engineering and support to the company's ERP team.You will also be responsible for but not limited to the following -Translate business needs into technical solutions, working closely with functional and technical consultantsDetermine the right balance of configurations vs. customization to meet requirements efficientlyDevelop technical solutions to meet ongoing business requirementsProvide support to ensure system faults are rectified promptlyEnable users at all levels to perform their jobs effectivelyEnsure business reports are accurate and provided in a timely mannerSupport continuous improvement of systemsAssist the organisation in the selection, development of and transition to new solutionsBuild rapport and working relationship with teams within the business at both management and end user levelWhat You'll Bring : Prior experience with ERP implementation and supportProven experience in both Technical and Functional consulting roles, with hands-on delivery of Functional Requirements Documents (FRD) and Technical Requirements Documents (TRD)Strong stakeholder management skills, with expertise in requirements elicitation and alignment with business goalsAdept at facilitating and leading design workshops, solution walkthroughs, and client presentationsSkilled at translating complex technical concepts into clear, business-friendly language—and vice versaHighly collaborative, working effectively with project managers, developers, functional consultants, and client teams to ensure aligned deliveryAt least 3 years of experience with NetSuite consultancy and support.Knowledge and experience in Software Development Life CycleKnowledge and experience in cloud and web application development.Prior experience with integration projects interconnecting different applications.

(Especially through web services)Ability to translate a functional document / requirement to a technical designIntermediate with these NetSuite modules : SuiteScript, SuiteTalk, SuiteFlow and Advanced PDF / FreeMarkerPrior experience in applications such as OpenAir and Oracle HCM is an advantageQualifications And EducationBachelor's degree in information technology, Business IT, Computer Science or related disciplinesProfessional certification in ERP platforms desirableWhy Datacom?
