We have wineries in Hawke's Bay, Marlborough and Nelson, encompassing the award-winning Awatere River, Sileni, Waimea, and Bannock Brae brands.With an established presence in NZ and 95 export partners across 44 countries, we're on the hunt for a hands-on Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimise our end-to-end supply chain function.

From vine to bottle, you and your team will ensure everything flows smoothly through production planning, bottling, packaging, logistics, export and distribution to our NZ and global customers.What you'll do

• Shape and deliver our supply chain strategy.
• Drive procurement and supplier partnerships.
• Oversee inventory and demand planning across multiple sites.
• Lead export logistics and compliance for global markets.
• Work closely with winemaking and production to keep schedules on track.
• Coach and grow a small team while embedding continuous improvement and supply chain excellence.What you bring
• Demonstrated supply chain management experience in FMCG / food & beverage (wine industry a bonus).
• A sharp eye for process improvements, efficiency and strong financial management.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain logistics, exports and regulatory compliance.
• Great negotiation and communication skills – building trust at all levels.
