Chef

We are looking for a chef to join our team.

Our kitchen is quite busy, the successful applicant will be a team player and will stay calm, cheerful and focused under pressure.

Requirements :

At least 3 years of relevant experience.

Ability to multi-task and cope under pressure.

Honest, reliable, and excellent time management skills.

Hardworking, enjoy being busy and productive.

Punctuality is very important.

Job Description :

Prepare and cook dishes, monitor all dishes at all stages.

Freeze and preserve food properly to ensure food quality.

Create new dishes and update menus.

Estimate and control food costs.

Monitor stock level and order supplies.

Monitor quality of dishes at all stages of preparation and presentation.

Ensure kitchen facilities and equipment are operational and meeting standards.

Ensure cleaning and hygiene of the kitchen, enforce hygiene regulations.

Select kitchen staff and provide staff training may be required.
