ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to the Senior Commercial Manager, this role supports the NZ Telco portfolios and leads contracts administration, commercial governance, and procurement.

It's a client and supply chain-facing role, supporting operational delivery, risk management, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Lead commercial engagement with supply chain and clients.

Oversee procurement, contract administration, and compliance.

Mentor junior staff and support commercial systems and processes.

Drive risk and opportunity management, financial reporting, and claims resolution.

Collaborate across teams to deliver commercial outcomes and innovation.

This is a hybrid role based at our head office in Karangahape road, Auckland CBD

ABOUT YOU

Solid experience in contract administration, commercial management, or quantity surveying.

Tertiary qualification in Law, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or similar is an advantage.

Strong procurement and supply chain experience in infrastructure.

Commercial acumen across legal claims, financial modelling, and performance metrics.

Skilled in negotiation, stakeholder engagement, and leadership.

Proficient in Excel, SharePoint, JIRA; JDE / SAP experience a plus.

Strategic thinker with a hands-on delivery mindset.
