We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Mobile Service Technician to join our team at Pirtek Waikato and support our expanding operations.

Role Overview :

As a Senior Mobile Service Technician, you will take the lead in delivering consistent, accurate, and high-quality service to our customers.

This hands-on role involves traveling to sites within the designated area to manage complex breakdowns, oversee hose replacements, and carry out new installation work on a wide range of machinery.

To be considered for the role you will :

Have a minimum of 2 years experience as a hose technician or in a similar role.

We encourage mechanics or engineers to apply.

Be proficient in operating machinery, using tools, and measuring devices with precision.

Demonstrate strong diagnostic skills and experience in repairs and maintenance of machinery.

Possess excellent numeracy, verbal, and written communication skills.

Exhibit a strong work ethic, pride in workmanship, and a customer-first mindset.

Be confident in problem-solving and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.

Be capable of working independently and leading within a team environment.

Hold current NZ Full Driver's License and be medically / physically fit.

Be flexible with working hours, including availability for after-hours service and rostered weekends on call.
