We’re after trade-qualified engineers who take pride in doing things right, enjoy variety, and want to be part of a high-performing team that keeps New Zealand industry moving.

The role

You’ll be out on site and in the workshop, servicing and repairing rotating plant and critical equipment. One day it might be a pump overhaul, the next a laser alignment or gearbox rebuild. There’s plenty of variety, plenty of challenge, and a solid team backing you.

Daily life includes

• Toolbox meeting over a coffee at the Hamilton workshop (or on site)
• Heading out to jobs across Waikato, Auckland, BOP, Taranaki, and occasionally the South Island
• Working solo or in a small crew on repairs, servicing, and troubleshooting
• Precision mechanical repairs, including specialist brush plating techniques
• Contributing to a safe, supportive team culture
