About the Role
As the Project Coordinator, you'll support our Business Case Development team, working within the Infrastructure and Investment Group (IIG).
Providing coordination and administrative support to the Group Manager and wider Business Case Development team, you'll help prepare documentation for governance groups, support recruitment and onboarding, manage contracts, and assist with risk and compliance processes. You'll also play a key role in facilitating collaboration across internal teams and external agencies, including Treasury and the Ministry of Health.
Ensuring the smooth delivery of investment planning and infrastructure projects that directly impact health outcomes across Aotearoa.

You're a confident and capable coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment. You enjoy supporting complex programmes of work and are skilled at juggling multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism. You're a natural communicator and collaborator, able to build strong relationships across diverse teams and stakeholders.
You're comfortable working independently and as part of a team, and you know how to navigate ambiguity while keeping projects on track. You're passionate about contributing to meaningful work that improves outcomes for communities across Aotearoa.
