What our client can offer :
Our client offers the chance to make a real impact by joining a mid‑flight ERP programme, supporting users as new modules and functionality are rolled out. You’ll be involved from the early stages of implementation, with semi‑hybrid working arrangements (1–2 days from home).
What you will do :
- Plan, design, and deliver engaging training sessions for end users
- Develop clear, practical training materials and documentation
- Support the rollout of the new ERP system, partnering with the change management team to drive smooth adoption
- Provide post‑implementation training and user support
- Proven experience in delivering system or process training
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to translate technical information into simple, user‑friendly learning
- Experience with ERP or large system implementations is an advantage
