Job Description

We are looking for a Technical Support Administrator to join our technical team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations by providing technical assistance to our Out of Home customers (OOH - fuel stations, cafés, and hotels etc) and administrative support to our skilled technicians maintaining our coffee machinery.

You will be responsible for, but not limited to :

Provide phone and email assistance on the technical service support line

Communicate and liaison with internal technicians and OOH customers with the aim to resolve technical issues via phone

Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams and follow up until resolution

Maintain systems data including accurate records of customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions

Supporting the implementation of Salesforce to the business

Loading and facilitation of oil channel general services monthly

Setup, amend and terminate of general services agreements

Qualifications

To be the best Technical Support Administrator, we're looking for someone who has the following skills and experience :

Atleast 2 years customer services experience

Previous barista and coffee machine experience – Advantage

SAP experience - Advantage

Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to learn new technologies quickly

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Computer Proficiency

Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Valid Unrestricted Work Visa
