We are seeking a confident and professional individual with debt collection experience Onehunga Location Part time role - 2 days per week

We are seeking a confident and professional individual with debt collection experience on a temporary basis. This role involves contacting customers by phone to follow up on overdue accounts, updating records of conversations in the database, and supporting the GM in managing a backlog of outstanding debtors.

Key Responsibilities Position :

Temporary Debt Collection Officer

Hours : 2 days per week

Rate : $28 per hour

Location :   Onehunga

ASAP start until end of January (potential for extension)

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers regarding overdue accounts
• Record and update all customer interactions in the database
• Work collaboratively with the GM to track and resolve outstanding debts
• Handle challenging conversations with professionalism and empathy
• Address customer concerns, including situations where they may have previously contacted other team members

Skills & Experience

Additional Information This is a temporary role, 2 days per week.The position requires resilience, professionalism, and the ability to build trust with customers while ensuring overdue accounts are managed effectively.

Casual Loading

Please note for all Australian based contract and temporary roles only, the pay rate is inclusive of mandatory 25% casual loading. This excludes permanent and fixed term roles.
