As a

Cellar Door Host

at Church Road, you will be at the heart of our guest experience -welcoming visitors, sharing the story of one of New Zealand's most iconic wineries, and delivering tastings that showcase our award-winning wines.

Whether hosting an intimate tasting or guiding a larger group, you will create memorable moments that leave guests with a lasting connection to Church Road.

In this role, you will :

Deliver exceptional wine tastings, tours, and hospitality experiences that reflect the prestige of the Church Road brand.

Share our story with passion and authenticity, deepening guest appreciation for our wines and heritage.

Contribute to sales by assisting guests with wine selections, purchases, and wine club sign-ups.

Provide a warm, professional, and seamless service from welcome to farewell.

Support day-to-day Cellar Door operations including stock handling, cleanliness, and compliance.

Work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team, contributing to a culture of excellence.

With a polished and professional approach, you thrive in a guest-facing environment and enjoy working as part of a collaborative team. You are motivated, proactive, and take pride in delivering the highest standards of service every time.

You will bring :
