As a Food and Beverage Attendant you will be working in the food and beverage team helping deliver a premium and polished food and beverage experience.
As a 5 star hotel we have a range of varied Food and Beverage offerings that you will be a part of including our Restaurant, Café and Bar as well as Conference, Events and Private Dining.We have 1 x full time and 1 x part time role available on a 7-day rotating roster, which will require the flexibility to be able to work evenings / mornings / weekends / public holidays as required.
Minimum guaranteed hours are negotiable depending on the applicant.
The successful applicant must be able to work through the Christmas and New Year holiday period including work Christmas Day.Key ResponsibilitiesAdhering to and executing the set sequence of service at all timesFacilitate all food and beverage service through Artisan restaurant and lobby café and barExecute all tasks as requested by the Food and Beverage Supervisor and / or Restaurant ManagerProvide personalised, genuine and refined service for all guestsEnsure all health and safety requirements are met for the food and beverage departmentExecute all Conference, Events or Private Dining bookings as required by run sheets and Conference and Events CoordinatorProcessing payments and guest accounts accuratelyKey Skills & QualificationsMinimum of 1 year's experience in a similar role.Excellent personal presentation and grooming standards.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.Self-motivated, reliable, and able to adapt to changes during service.LCQ is highly valued and preferred
