We are seeking capable and experienced professionals to join The Hotel Britomart in the position of a Wine Programme Specialist / Sommelier . The role requires curating an exceptional beverage list for both The Libraries and Kingi. You will lead the training and development of the Food & Beverage team, sharing your expertise to build confidence and knowledge in wine service. The role is also responsible for driving increased beverage sales, with a particular focus on wines, leveraging your expertise to enhance guest experiences. Using The Hotel Britomart service philosophies, you are expected to strive and ensure each guest interaction is memorable. The role also involves overseeing daily F&B operations, motivating the team, managing service flow, kitchen timings, and procedural duties. Essential personal attributes include a positive mindset, team-player approach, can-do attitude, strong communication skills, and leadership qualities.
