Beginning January 2026.ResponsibilitiesPlan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons tailored to a range of abilities.Track and assess pupil progress, maintaining accurate records and reporting to parents and senior leaders.Create a stimulating, safe, and inclusive classroom environment that promotes positive behaviour and learning.Support pupils' social and emotional development, nurturing resilience and self-esteem.Work collaboratively with colleagues, teaching assistants, and parents to ensure every child reaches their potential.Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events.QualificationsQualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.Strong knowledge of the Key Stage 2 curriculum and effective teaching strategies.Ability to motivate, inspire, and support children of all abilities.Excellent communication, organisational, and classroom management skills as a Year 4 Teacher.Why Class Act?
