Job description$25.63 per hour, with potential earnings increase via sales incentive scheme. Uniform and parking provided. Wellbeing programme incl. life insurance, discounted health insurance and superannuation options. Employee discounts on car rental across Avis Budget Group and partners. Full training provided to help you achieve goals. Full, clean, valid class 1 driver’s licence is essential. Experience in retail, hospitality, customer service or similar roles. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional customer service. Comfortable learning and using various computer systems (training provided). Ability to follow procedures and adhere to company guidelines and standards.
Overview
Customer & Operations Representative (Part-Time) at Avis Budget Group . Location : Auckland CBD, 206 Victoria Street West. 20-hours per week, Thursday to Saturday, 08 : 00–16 : 30. Ideal for someone with exceptional customer service and willingness to work hard.
Responsibilities
- Interact with customers at the counter, promote products and services, complete rental transactions, contracts, and bookings.
- Inspect vehicles for damages and maintenance issues, drive and park cars, and clean vehicles in the wash bay to prepare them for customers.
