About the role
We are looking for aCustomer Service Coordinator to join our busy Energy team. This role is the first point of contact for our customers and operates in a 24 / 7, 365-day environment. You’ll play a key role in ensuring service requests are captured accurately, prioritised correctly, and escalated effectively – helping us deliver the reliable outcomes our customers expect.
You’ll work closely with our Operational Support team, Service Coordinators and Technicians to make sure jobs run smoothly from start to finish, while keeping customers informed every step of the way.
