What you'll do
- Schedule and dispatch technicians
- Be the friendly point of contact for customers
- Manage purchase orders, invoicing, and service records
- Support stock management and smooth workflow
- Work with management to improve systems and culture
Requirements
Proven experience as a Service Coordinator or in a similar roleStrong organisational and multitasking abilitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsExperience with job management software or scheduling systems (Simpro is ideal but not essential)Familiarity with the plumbing or trade industry is advantageous but not essentialAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamBenefits
