We're looking for an experienced Customer Support Analyst to join a growing team in Christchurch.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with innovative technology that's making a difference, while providing world-class service to an international client base.What you'll be doing : Taking ownership of 1st and 2nd line customer support - responding to calls and emails, and ensuring issues are resolved promptly and professionally.Supporting software installations and assisting with SQL, Windows Server, and Windows Desktop environments.Delivering remote technical and system support, including database maintenance.Tracking, documenting, and following up support cases to make sure customers receive continuity of service.Contributing to knowledge base resources to improve support tools and processes.Assisting in the planning and implementation of internal IT projects, including CRM, infrastructure, and software system improvements.What you'll bring : 2+ years' experience in customer support or service delivery within a technical, software, or scientific industry (hardware / software mix ideal).
Solid skills in troubleshooting, technical problem-solving, and following structured processes.Strong communication skills - you can break down complex technical issues and build positive relationships with customers at all levels.Hands-on skills with SQL databases, Windows environments, networking, and software implementation.A self-motivated mindset with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise multiple tasks.Proven ability to write and follow clear technical documentation.About you : You're customer-focused, proactive, and genuinely enjoy solving technical challenges.
