Are you passionate about leading high-performing engineering teams and driving technical excellence at scale? We’re looking for a strategic and inspiring Manager – Digital Engineering in our retail technology business to elevate our technical and engineering capabilities across Digital Sales & Services platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Technical Leads, while influencing a wider community of engineers across multiple squads.
• Establish and uphold engineering standards, ensuring architectural consistency and technical quality across platforms.
• Define and execute technical strategy that supports brand autonomy and enables faster, decoupled releases and improve speed to value.
• Champion engineering culture through Dev Guilds, capability uplift, and fostering a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.
• Influence the tech platform roadmap, aligning engineering initiatives with business goals and modern delivery practices.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver scalable, maintainable, and customer-centric digital solutions.
