About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated construction site engineer / project manager to work client‑side in the remote island location of Tarawa, Kiribati and oversee the construction of a new hospital facility on the atoll of Tarawa, in Kiribati. In this role, you will be the main point of contract locally for the project management and construction monitoring of the project, representing Egis.
This challenging yet rewarding opportunity requires a professional with a proven track record in overseeing complex construction projects, including contract management and compliance / quality monitoring, particularly in remote or challenging environments. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful completion of this vital healthcare facility, contributing to the well‑being of the island’s population.

What do we need from you
To be successful in this role, you will ideally be able to demonstrate experience working in the Pacific region with at least 4 years’ experience managing complex projects across all life stages.
