Dome Cafe Group is seeking a vibrant hospitality professional to join our management team as an Assistant Manager.
Joining our experienced management team, you will be well supported and developed to grow with this proven CBD business.
As the Assistant Manager, you will work closely with the Cafe Manager to lead and train a team, drive customer satisfaction, and maintain brand standards.

Skills and Experience Required
Previous experience leading and motivating a team
Familiarity with systems and procedures
One year of management experience in a similar position
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Availability to work 7 days a week (rostered 5 days)
Experience with COGS and labour management highly regarded
We will gladly consider applicants who are currently working in supervisor or duty manager positions and are looking for the next step in their career; we will provide full training.
