We are looking for a vibrant hospitality professional to join our management team as an Assistant Manager.
Joining our experienced management team you will be well supported and developed to grow with this proven CBD business.
As the Assistant Manager you will work closely with the Cafe Manager to lead and train a team, drive customer satisfaction and maintaining brand standards.

Skills and Experience Required
Previous experience leading and motivating a team
Following systems and procedures
One year management experience in a similar management postition
Strong communications skills both written and verbal
Availability to work 7 days a week (rostered 5 days)
Experience with COGS and Labour management will be highly regarded.
