About the role

We're currently looking to fill multiple Vintage Cellar Hands roles on a seasonal casual basis, to commence around early-to-mid January

Key responsibilities :

As one of our Vintage Cellar Hands, you will play a pivotal role in Vintage - because without you, we can't make the wine that people love!

Undertaking vintage cellar operations, including grape receival, crushing, fermentation activities, barrel work and juice / wine transfers

Recording data on log sheets and cellar notes

Maintaining general winery cleanliness and hygiene.

What you'll bring

You're a team orientated, passionate individual, who thrives working in fast paced and dynamic environments. In this role, you'll be expected to work long shifts in a physically demanding role.

Full working rights – visa holders included

Good communication skills & the ability to work in a team, and individually

Literacy and numeracy skills

Ability to work shift work for the duration of vintage

Physical fitness to undertake manual tasks, and the ability to work outdoors, at heights and in confined spaces
