No experience necessary as all training will be provided.This position is responsible for ensuring that the plant assets are managed and maintained in a way that enhances the company's short and long term objectives.You will also be able to demonstrate the following key requirements for the role : Work amongst the existing well-skilled Team.Be able to a work rotating shift structure and be available for callouts.Strong organisational skills which complement the need to manage a variety of priorities and standards.A basic understanding of PLC operated equipment would be an advantage.Maintaining a safe and tidy work environment by helping to ensure that plant and equipment is kept clean and hygienicCommunicating any downtime and exceptions to the Rendering SupervisorPassing on any cost saving ideas and recommendations for plant operations to the Rendering Supervisor.QualificationsQualifications / Personal Requirements : Physically activeResults driven with strong motivationA high level of integrity and trustworthinessPreference will be given to those with experience in food manufacturing or engineering environments.Additional InformationIf you believe you are the right person to take on this opportunity, please send your resume and brief covering letter online through this ad, give us a call on 07 573 0034,or visitour plant to pick up anapplication form at 1562 Te Puke Highway, Paengaroa.Applicants must be eligible to work in New Zealand.
