We’re looking for a skilled Welder / Fabricator to join Fusion Engineering & Fabrication Ltd, a fast-growing Christchurch engineering company. We specialise in general engineering, fabrication, and onsite mechanical maintenance for clients mainly in the food manufacturing industry.
The Role
You’ll be hands-on in the workshop and onsite, fabricating and welding a wide variety of projects. Work ranges from stainless and mild steel fabrication through to machinery installation and site maintenance. Some upcoming projects are based overseas, so flexibility to travel is essential.
What You’ll Bring
Proven ability in stainless steel welding and fabrication (TIG / MIG / ARC).
Hygienic welding experience highly regarded.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of jobs.
Practical, solutions-focused approach on site.
Willingness to travel overseas for installation work.
