Due to continued growth in the construction sector, we’re looking for our next Trade Sales Support superstar to join our Auckland team.
This is a varied role combining customer service and trade counter support, you’ll be helping customers over the phone and by email, as well as assisting tradespeople in-store with their product and order needs.

Your day-to-day
Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in‑person at the trade counterSupport customers with product advice, pricing, and quotesLiaise with suppliers to arrange deliveries or coordinate stock for collectionComplete data entry, invoicing, and administrative tasksMaintain accurate records and assist with reports and team meetingsCollaborate with the wider sales team to ensure smooth operations and satisfied customersWhat you’ll bring
