What You'll Do

As a Safety & Wellness Partner at Genesis, you'll play a key role in creating and sustaining a culture of safety and wellbeing across our business. Partnering with our LPG business, you'll provide specialist advice, develop and deliver strategic initiatives, and empower our people to achieve great outcomes for both themselves and the company.

In this role you will;

• Lead safety and wellness practices that support Genesis' aspiration of zero harm.
• Coach, collaborate with, and influence leaders, managers and safety representatives to embed strong safety and wellbeing outcomes.
• Develop and continuously improve the Safety and Wellness Management Framework to meet legal, accreditation and business requirements.
• Drive wellness initiatives that improve physical and mental wellbeing, with a focus on effectiveness and measurable outcomes.
• Oversee injury prevention and management processes, ensuring consistent compliance and effective rehabilitation support.

Please note this will be an 18-month fixed term position.
