The role will perform a range of functions across business-as-usual functions but will also have the scope for project work.
The role also requires a contribution to rostered after hours.Desired Skills and ExperienceNga pukenga me nga wheako | Essential skills / experience for the role : Your will have a passion for customer service skills and for troubleshooting and will bring a broad knowledge base including : Have excellent communication skillsKnowledge of Active Directory and MS Windows Server and MS Office365 SuiteAppropriate experience and knowledge of PC's, printers and networks.A good understanding and experience with MS Windows PC based platforms and Microsoft Office Products.A general understanding of wireless access technologies devices.Ability to work under pressure and keep calm in stressful situations.Problem solving abilityYou may also have completed training in ITIL foundations and / or Microsoft Technical Certification in Windows desktop OS and Service.
