We are seeking a talented and self-motivatedDesktop Analyst to join our busy IT Essential Business team responsible for all customer interactions related to the day-to-day support of our desktop services across the Treasury and DPMC on a six month fixed term contract due to an internal secondment.

In this varied role, no two days are the same and you will be responsible for providing technical expertise to resolve complex IT enquires.

You will need a wide breath of technical expertise and a solid track record of exceeding customers' expectations.

Occasional travel will be required as part of this role.

Excellent technical skills with 3 years (minimum) relevant industry experience

Highly developed communication skills with the ability to translate technical and non-technical information to a range of audiences

Exceptional problem-solving skills with a strong focus on end-to-end ownership of issues

A proven ability to build strong relationships across a range of stakeholders

You're curious, love technology and enjoy learning

Self-managing, team player who goes about their work with passion

To be considered for this role, you will have skills in :

Enterprise Mobility Support (Intune, iOS) (advanced)

General End user hardware support (Laptop, Tablet) (advanced)

MFD Support - (advanced)

Microsoft Exchange User Management (intermediate)

Application Packaging

Back Ups and Server administration (intermediate)

We will be looking to appoint the successful candidate into the role with a remuneration of between $78,000 - $92,000 dependent on skills and experience.
