The Network Operations Group's purpose is to oversee the operation, maintenance, and repair of water networks to ensure consistent service delivery, high-quality customer support, rapid response to disruptions, and the long-term resilience of infrastructure.

The Group includes Network Operations & Engineering, Customer Experience, Operational Performance, Customer Planning.
