Our Customer Transformation team in Poneke / Wellington is growing, and we're on the look out for a Senior Analyst to strengthen our capability across service design, systems thinking and business analysis, supporting large-scale transformation programmes that make a real difference for customers and communities.
Apply design thinking and analytical approaches to improve services, systems, and customer outcomes, ensuring balanced delivery capacity and continued momentum across the customer transformation portfolio.
Partner with multidisciplinary teams across PwC's Customer Transformation practice to co-design solutions that deliver lasting impact.
Operate as a versatile team member, moving between engagements as needed to support delivery across multiple projects.
2–4 years' experience across service design, business analysis, or transformation, preferably within a financial services or professional services environment.
A relevant Tertiary qualification in design, psychology, or business, and a passion for understanding human behaviour and customer experience.
Strong facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.
A collaborative, adaptable mindset, comfortable working independently or as part of a team in dynamic client environments.
