Join our Customer Transformation team in Pōneke / Wellington as a n experienced Manager and help clients transform the way they work and engage with their customers. You’ll bring your leadership and transformation expertise to guide talented teams, connect strategy with technology, and drive innovation, productivity, and sustainable growth.
- Lead client engagements to define business requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
- Mentor and support team members, contributing to capability growth across the Customer Transformation and Salesforce practices.
- Bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment across solution design, process improvement, and implementation.
- Conduct functional design workshops, map current and future-state processes.
- Apply systems thinking and customer-centered design principles to improve service experiences and operational performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams — including designers, developers, and transformation leads — to deliver impactful outcomes.
Ngā pūkenga kei a koe / Skills and experience
Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science, Engineering or related. Salesforce and other Salesforce ecosystem partner certifications are desirable.Over 5 years of large- scale Salesforce delivery experience in a Professional Services environment.Demonstrated team leadership and people management experience, including coaching, mentoring, and supporting multidisciplinary teams to deliver successful outcomes.Proficient in agile methodologies and delivery management tools such as Jira and Confluence.Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills; adept at explaining technical concepts clearly to clients and colleagues with a focus on continuous improvement.Strong client relationship-building abilities; comfortable engaging with senior client stakeholders while maintaining a customer-friendly approach.Ngā āhuatanga hirahira o te mahi ki PwC / Highlights of working at PwC NZ
