• About the Role
• We are seeking experiencedRegistered Midwives to join us and work collegially within our skilled andfriendly multi-disciplinary teams as we work in partnership with our local LeadMaternity Carers to assess, plan, implement and evaluate health care for themothers and babies of the Canterbury (Waitaha) and West Coast (Te Tai oPoutini) regions.If you are an experiencedmidwife looking for a positive change we have fantastic opportunitiesfor you to become part of a highly skilled and professional midwifery andmulti-disciplinary team.

Whether you are based at Christchurch Women - s Hospitalor one of our outstanding women centered Primary Birthing Units in Ashburton,Rangiora, Rolleston or based at Grey Base Hospital you will be able to work inpartnership with women, their babies and families(whanau) utilising your enthusiasm and passion for women - s healthwithin a supportive and professional environment.

The Maternity Ward is a 45 bed antenatal / postnatal unit located on thefifth floor.
