• About the Role
• We have an exciting opportunityfor a Registered Nurse to join the Vascular team at Christchurch Outpatients.With a focus on VascularSurveillance you will utilise your nursing knowledge and complex nursingjudgement to assess health needs, highlight areas forclinical review, provide care along with advising and supporting people tomanage their health.You will also provide comprehensive nursing assessments todevelop, implement, and evaluate an integrated plan of health care, and providenursing interventions that require professional knowledge, skills and decisionmaking.
• About the Service
• The Vascular Nursing team is part of ChristchurchOutpatients who work on Level four of our Outpatient facility.

We providenursing support and care for vascular outpatients which includes runningnurse led clinics and assisting with SMO clinics to provide timely andhigh-quality care for our patients.
