Associate - H&S & Regulatory

We are seeking a lawyer with 3+ years PQE to join a specialist litigation and dispute resolution team in Auckland, focusing on health and safety and regulatory matters.The roleYou will work closely with two highly regarded specialist partners on a mix of health and safety and regulatory work, including : Advising and representing clients on health and safety investigations and prosecutionsAssisting with regulatory compliance and enforcement mattersWorking with insurers and corporates on claims and advisory issuesDrafting submissions and appearing in court or before regulatory bodies as appropriateWhat we're looking forAt least 3 years PQE with solid experience in litigation, regulatory, or health and safety mattersStrong drafting, advocacy, and advisory skillsThe ability to work autonomously while being an engaged and collaborative team memberAn interest in developing deep expertise in regulatory and health and safety lawWhy join this firm?
