Statutory Advisor

About the role

The Department of Conservation (DOC) has introduced a new role : Statutory Advisor . Reporting to the Statutory and Community Manager, you’ll manage the processing of permissions and regulatory applications for the region. The role focuses on using your expertise to provide advice to resolve complex strategic issues and opportunities, identifying efficiency improvements, and communicating clearly with internal and external stakeholders to support regulatory and statutory work.

Responsibilities

• Using your expertise to provide advice to resolve complex strategic issues and opportunities
• Bringing a continuous improvement mindset to identify areas of efficiency
• Providing clear updates to internal and external stakeholders
• Collaborating and maintaining positive relationships to ensure a positive and timely regulatory experience for customers

Qualifications and experience

Salary and terms

The salary range for this position is $80,054 – $101,142, with starting salary based on relevant skills and experience. Employment type : Full-time; Seniority level : Entry level.

Location and opportunities
